Boa tarde, sou novo aqui no fórum, não sei muito bem como funciona a politica de topicos repetidos mais não encontrei por nenhuma das especificações que procurei então resolvi pedir auxilio através deste. Trabalho em uma assistência técnica e essa semana surgiu aqui um ATC Samsung G925L Galaxy s6 Edge que quando aperta para ligar aparece uma tela azul com um triangulo com a seguinte mensagem "An error has ocurred while updating the device software use the emergency recovery function in the smart switch pc software" já tentei reinstalar a room pelo Odin porém da falha e não tenho BOX, alguém já pegou algum desse? Sabe como resolver? E se consigo solucionar esse problema utilizando apenas o meu PC? Quem puder dar um auxilio serei eternamente grato.
