Caro "dynkfm", veja também para as próximas, apenas posta um PRINT real do erro e modo, com tela do software todo, e não esqueça de editar as imagens. Pois desse modo que postou, pode até complicar mais ainda, do que ajudar!

No mais, indicaria deixar o "Gerenciador de dispositivos" do Windows aberto, assim verificar se está gerando porta e demais mudanças.
