O erro é por que está selecionando o modelo S5830B, ele apesar de ser o mesmo modelo aparenta muitas diferenças por conta de um "C" Selecione o modelo: S5830i e refaça o procedimento.

Digite *#7284# reinicie o aparelho, e selecione a porta emulada com o modelo S5830i.
