ipad3 dead PP1V2_soc and PP1V2_S2E short

U8100 tfBga is very hot then
Fisrt step i take out Induktor L8119, L8121,L8105, L8107, L8110 and some capacitor connected with those L.
It seem that the Short leg is the one which not connected to U8100.

then i give voltage at C8121 (no caps on the pcb already) with only 0.3 V the current consumed about 1 Ampere !!!
but unfortunately no part of the PCB is getting hot.

So its really difficult to find where is the problem.

Please master help me solving this.
